What a wonderful reception to bagels and cream cheese in Paraguay in 2010!! We created a sesame seed and cinnamon rasin bagel that passed the taste test of many Americans and Paraguayans living in Paraguay. We also had cream cheese and flavored cream cheese (shmears) as well as bagel chips.
Would you like a bagel in Paraguay in 2011? As of November, 2010 Lisa's Bagels is taking a break. The question is if bagels and cream cheese will return to Paraguay in 2011!
